Dysthymic disorder has received more and more attention in recent years, and it is closely related to depression.60% of patients with dysthymic disorder will suffer depression episodes. The existence of dysthymic disorder increases the risk of depression. Therefore, the research on the mechanism of dysthymic disorder and its conversion to depression is carried out.At present, the questionnaire scale is the main way to measure psychological disorders, and the subjective willingness of the subjects influences the results of such questionnaire evaluation methods. In the long run, paper is not easy to track the patient's condition, nor is it easy to retain and leak personal information. How to solve these actual problems, minimize the adverse effects that various factors may have on the assessment results of the subjects, and conduct a more effective, safer, and more objective assessment of adverse dysthymia disorder disorders is worthy of in-depth study. The continuous development of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging(fMRI)technology has promoted the progress of the cognitive field of brain science and provided a new direction for studying psychological disorders.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(resting-state fMRI,rs-fMRI)technology is becoming more and more mature, and the strength of brain activity can be judged by detecting rsfMRI signals. In this paper,rs-fMRI technology is used to collect data, and the correlation coefficients of time series are extracted according to blood oxygenation level dependent(BOLD)signals and functional connection(FC)analysis based on whole brain level is performed. The research content of this article is mainly divided into the following three parts:1.An analysis of the progress of the research on dysthymia disorder. In the past twenty years, the evolution of academic diagnostic criteria for dysthymia disorder is an important reference for assessing dysthymia disorder;the investigation of the possible pathogenesis of dysthymia disorder and the difference and connection with depression;the current status of imaging studies and whether it can provide better intervention or treatment from the perspective of imaging.2.Development of an assessment system for dysthymia disorder based on neuropsychological scale. When assessing the scale, ensure that the subject's personal privacy is not exposed, while the psychologist or related personnel can manage the subject, track the subject's mental health, and give relevant suggestions in a timely manner.3.Research on the assessment model of dysthymia disorder.Based on the theoretical basis of SVM,the advantages of anomaly detection combining one-class SVM(OCSVM)and high robustness and accuracy of supervised two-class SVM(twoclass SVM,TCSVM)are proposed. An evaluation model of a dysthymia disorder trained by loop iteration steps. In summary, this review and analysis of the research progress of dysthymia disorder provides a comprehensive reference for the definition of dysthymia disorder, etiology tracing, neuroimaging evidence collection and treatment methods;the evaluation model of dysthymia disorder is proposed to improve the accuracy of classification, the development of the evaluation system for dysthymia disorder based on neuropsychological scale will help promote the automated process of informationization of dysthymia disorder evaluation, and it is expected that computeraided diagnosis of dysthymia disorder can provide reference value in future clinical diagnosis.
