The microfluidic electrophoresis system of cardiovascular assessment is used to analyze the protein components in blood,and to evaluate the human body is suffering from cardiovascular disease.At present,all major hospitals in China have cardiovascular disease detection equipment,but mainly imported.The cost of checking the project is relatively high,which is not easy to carry.Therefore,it is urgent to design a microfluidic electrophoresis measuring device for cardiovascular assessment in the country.Aiming at the protein components in blood,a protein signal detection and optimization device is designed,which improves the detection accuracy of the system,and has low cost and small volume.It can be applied to all local hospitals.The emphasis of this paper is on the optimization and processing of protein signal.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper first analyze the collection process of protein signal.The main method is laser which induced fluorescence.Laser induced fluorescence protein signal is irradiated by photomultiplier tube(PMT),which stimulates electrons to generate strong voltage,The fluorescent protein signal was detected.(2)The collected fluorescent protein signals can be disturbed by external conditions,such as external light intensity,fine pipe,quenching effect and other external conditions,and produce multiplicative noise with the coexistence of signals and additive noise that does not change with the signal.For the de-noising of multiplicative noise,the multiplicative noise is converted into additive noise by using the logarithmic method,and then the additive noise is filtered by the improved wavelet threshold denoising method.(3)To process the signal with noise,we need to analysis signal,because the components of protein signals are similar,the collected signal peak overlapping would appear,Therefore,the Kalman derivative method is used to separate the overlapping peaks in the analysis of the overlapped peaks with low noise.The experimental results show that the Kalman filter can effectively filter out the noise emitted by higher derivative in o signals.Finally,this paper uses the proposed method to implement on FPGA,using the Verilog language description circuit,and first gives the circuit diagram of each module.The method of addition and subtraction multiplication and division of floating-point Numbers is designed and used the common basic function,and Modelsim is used for simulation verification.The experiment proves that this method is practical.Then,an upper computer program is designed to control the experiental steps and data monitoring of the lower computer.Finally,a satisfactory result was obtained by comparing the serum samples.
