Blood cell detection and analysis is an important basis for clinical medical diagnosis.The red blood cell size parameter can provide a reference for the diagnosis of certain blood diseases.Research and development of portable red blood cell detection and analysis equipment based on lensless imaging system is of great significance for real-time diagnosis and mobile diagnosis.For the problem that the image collected by the lensless imaging system has obvious diffraction phenomenon and cannot directly obtain the cell size information.First,based on the diffraction theory,the imaging principle of the lensless microscope system and the type of diffraction of the collected diffraction image are analyzed.Secondly,the mapping relationship between the red blood cell diffraction image and its scale is discussed through simulation,and the general rule that the first-order dark ring gray value of the diffraction image continuously decreases as the size of the red blood cell continues to increase.This provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent formulation of red blood cell size detection standards.Further,a target detection algorithm based on a convolutional neural network is used to perform target detection on the single red blood cell image collected by the lensless microscopic system,and the target detection network is cut and the parameter is adjusted,so that the amount of the network parameters is reduced by about 55.09%,the detection accuracy of the network can finally reach 97.1%,which can achieve good detection results and avoid the cumbersome detection process of traditional target detection methods and their insensitivity to noise.Finally,a lensless microscope system device for red blood cell detection and size analysis is built.Based on the mapping relationship between the red blood cell size and its diffraction image,the standard for red blood cell size detection and analysis is formulated,and the red blood cell size detection program established in this study is carried out.The experimental testing and verification results show that the research method in this paper can detect and analyze the size of red blood cells in normal blood samples,and the test results are consistent with the actual situation,which proves the effectiveness of this research method for red blood cell detection and size analysis,achieved the expected research goals.This research has successfully realized red blood cell detection and size analysis by combining lensless microscopy system and digital image processing,and provide a set of red blood cell detection and size analysis devices and methods.It solves the shortcomings of traditional blood cell analysis instruments,such as high cost,large volume,and not easy to carry.These provide new methods and ideas for blood cell examination and analysis in remote areas with low medical standards.
