Study On The Expression Level And Correlation Of Angiogenin-like Protein 8 (ANGPTL8) In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:ANGPTL8,as a unique protein,has been shown in recent years to be closely related to risk factors of coronary heart disease such as abnormal lipid metabolism,diabetes,obesity and inflammation.However,there are few studies on the relationship between ANGPTL8 and coronary heart disease,so this study aims to explore the expression level and correlation of ANGPTL8 in patients with coronary heart disease.Method:Collection in May 2019 to January 2020 jilin medical university second hospital cardiovascular internal medicine,89 cases of patients,all patients were performed coronary angiography examination,and according to the imaging results to normal or coronary artery stenosis rate less than 50% of the patients as the healthy control group29 cases(10 cases of male female 19 mean age,57.66 years),the coronary vascular stenosis of 50% or more were examined by coronary angiography as a group of 60 cases of coronary heart disease(10 cases of male female 19 mean age,57.66 years),Serum levels of ANGPTL8 were determined by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy controls.Gensini score was used to evaluate the severity of coronary angiography in each patient,and ANGPTL8 level was evaluated by grouping according to the number of coronary artery lesions.SPSS26.0 software package was used for data analysis to evaluate the correlation between serum ANGPTL8 and Gensini score,TG,LDL-C,lesion count and other clinical indicators in patients with coronary heart disease Results:1.Comparison of general clinical data.The inclusion criteria included 89 patients,including 60 patients with coronary heart disease and 29 healthy control patients.Compared with the healthy group,there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical indicators of patients with coronary heart disease(P > 0.05).2.The serum ANGPTL8 content was 509.56pg/ml in the CHD group and148.67pg/ml in the healthy control group.The expression level of ANGPTL8 in theserum of patients with coronary heart disease was significantly increased(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.3.According to the number of coronary artery lesions,the CHD group was divided into 1 vessel lesion group,2 vessel lesion group and 3 vessel lesion group.In comparison of clinical data of the three groups,the difference of LDL-C and TG was statistically significant(p < 0.05),while there was no statistical difference in other clinical indicators.The content of ANGPTL8 in serum of 1 vessel group was475.99pg/ml.The content of ANGPTL8 in the serum of the 2 lesion groups was507.46pg/ml,and that of the 3 lesion groups was 543.13pg/ml.The expression level of ANGPTL8 in the serum of the 3 lesion groups was the highest.The healthy control group was defined as the 0-vessel lesion group,and there was no statistical difference among the four groups except the 2-vessel lesion group and the 3-vessel lesion group(p > 0.05),and the rest groups had significant statistical significance(p < 0.05).4.In the coronary heart disease group,ANGPTL8 was correlated with other clinical data,and TG,LDL-C,count and Gensini score were correlated with ANGPTL8(P<0.05).5.ANGPTL8 as dependent variable,TG,LDL-C,count,Gensini score as independent variable for multiple linear regression,we can draw the TG,Gensini score,count are independent risk factors affecting ANGPTL8 level,after exclusion of confounding factors,TG and ANGPTL8 exist positive correlation(Gensini beta = 0.208,P < 0.05)positive correlation with ANGPTL8(beta = 0.711,P < 0.01),count and ANGPTL8 exist positive correlation(beta = 0.21,P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of ANGPTL8 in the serum of patients with coronary heart disease was up-regulated,and the concentration of ANGPTL8 was positively correlated with Gensini score,number of lesions and triglyceride level.
