Effects Of The Severity Of Hypertensive Disorders Complicating Pregnancy On Neonatal Associated Diseases

Objectives:To explore the effects of the severity of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy on neonatal associated diseases.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2018,the pregnant women and their newborns who were definitely diagnosed as"hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy"in the hospital were divided into 24 cases of gestational hypertension,41 cases of mild preeclampsia,52cases of severe preeclampsia and 12 cases of chronic hypertension with preeclampsia according to the severity of hypertensive disorders complication pregnancy.By comparing the clinical data of four groups retrospectively,including the age,birth weight,Apgar 1min score,Apgar 5min score,blood routine(hemoglobin,hematocrit,platelet,neutrophil),blood glucose,thyroid function,heart Doppler,brain Doppler,brain MRI,hearing screening and other examination results,we summarized and compared the incidence of low birth weight infants,preterm delivery,BPD,neonatal asphyxia,HIE,PIVH,PDA,polycythemia,thrombocytopenia,neutropenia,neonatal hypoglycemia,congenital hypothyroidism,digestive complications,hearing impairment between the four groups.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences among the four groups in terms of birth age,birth weight,Apgar 1min score and Apgar 5min score(P<0.05),and the lowest in terms of birth age,birth weight,Apgar 1min score and Apgar 5min score is in severe preeclampsia group;(2)There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of low birth weightinfants among the four groups(x~2=16.235,P<0.05),and the highest incidence was in severe preeclampsia group,the lowest was in gestational hypertension group;(3)There were significant differences in the incidence of premature infants among the four groups(x~2=18.56,P<0.05),and the incidence of severe preeclampsia group was the highest,the lowest was in gestational hypertension group;(4)There was no significant difference in the incidence of BPD among the four groups(x~2=1.094,P>0.05);(5)There were significant differences in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and PIVH among the four groups(x~2=10.778,x~2=9.117;P<0.05),and the highest incidence was in severe preeclampsia group,the lowest was in gestational hypertension group;there was no significant difference in the incidence of HIE among the four groups(x~2=1.094,P>0.05);(6)There were significant differences in the incidence of PDA among the four groups(x~2=45.12,P<0.05),the incidence of severe preeclampsia group was the highest,and the lowest was in gestational hypertension group;(7)There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of neutropenia among the four groups(x~2=20.224,P<0.05),and the incidence of severe preeclampsia group was the highest,the lowest was in gestational hypertension group;there was no significant difference in the incidence of polycythemia and thrombocytopenia among the four groups(x~2=1.164,x~2=2.318;P>0.05);(8)There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia and congenital hypothyroidism among the four groups(x~2=0.752,x~2=3.184;P>0.05);(9)There were significant differences in the incidence of digestive system complications among the four groups(x~2=8.494,P<0.05),and the incidence of severe preeclampsia group was the highest;(10)There was no significant difference in the incidence of hearing injury among the four groups(x~2=3.3,P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The severity of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy is related to neonatal diseases.(2)With the aggravation of the severity of the disease,the incidence of low birth weight infants,premature infants,neonatal asphyxia,PIVH,PDA,neutropenia,and digestive system complications increases.(3)Therefore,we should strengthen the management of perinatal period,monitor the progress of the disease,pay attention to the intervention during pregnancy,reduce the severity of the disease,and reduce the damage of mothers and children.
