Objective:To study the risk factors related to calcified heart valve disease and calcification in the elderly, guide the prevention and treatment of the disease, and improve the quality of life of patients..Methods:The patients who were hospitalized in the geriatric department of the First Hospital of Jida University from January 2018 to May 2019,aged ?60 years, completed echocardiography, carotid ultrasound and lower extremity arterial ultrasound during the hospitalization.A total of 225 eligible patients were included, including 121 men and 104 women.According to the results of echocardiography,it was divided into a calcification group and a normal group, including 145 cases in the calcification group and 80 cases in the normal group, and the calcification group was divided into 3 subgroups according to the degree of valve calcification: mild group(94 cases),Moderate group(42 cases),severe group(9 cases).Collect detailed clinical data of patients, conduct univariate analysis and multivariate logistc regression analysis, study the related risk factors of heart valve calcification and calcification degree, and independent risk factors that cause heart valve calcification, and map the subject work to predict heart valve calcification Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve.Calculate and compare the area under the curve(AUC).Results:1.The calcification group and the normal group were statistically different in age, diabete history,NE%,RDW,MPV,FT3,Cr,common carotid artery intima-media thickness, left atrium inner diameter, lower extremity arteriosclerosis grading,BNP,Crouse score and other relevant statistics significance(P <0.05)..2.The results of multivariate Logistc regression analysis between the calcification group and the normal group showed that the differences in age, diabete history,Crouse score and MPV were statistically significant(P <0.05).Age and Crouse score were statistically different between different groups of heart valve calcification(P <0.05).3.The ROC curve results of different independent risk factors for judging the presence or absence of heart valve calcification showed that the difference between the Crouse score, age, diabete history and MPV between the calcification group and the normal group was statistically significant(P <0.05).The AUC areas of Crouse score, age,MPV and diabetes history are: 0.834,0.761,0.721,0.619.Conclusion:1.The difference in age and diabete history between the two groups is statistically significant. It is an independent risk factor affecting heart valve calcification..2.Crouse score,MPV,RDW,NE% and lower extremity arteriosclerosis grades were statistically different between the two groups, suggesting that the degree of heart valve calcification is related to the degree of vascular atherosclerosis, and its pathogenesis is closely related to chronic inflammation,The two may be manifestations of the same disease in different parts.
