In the development of modern medicine,doctors pay more and more attention to the follow-up work of patients.The traditional medical follow-up work is mainly aimed at tracking the recovery of patients after chronic diseases or surgery.During the treatment process,doctors complete the follow-up by conducting home visits to the patients and telephone inquiries about physical recovery,so as to specifically adjust the treatment of the patients.The plan can achieve better treatment effect,and can also discover some regular nature of this treatment plan.As the informationization of the medical system continues to advance,the informationization of the medical follow-up system has also developed vigorously.The medical follow-up system can collect all relevant medical information records,such as electronic cases,and realizes the processing,storage,transmission,and analysis of medical information systems.It has great significance in clinical medicine,teaching,and scientific research.An indispensable and important part of the system.This subject originated from the special project of the Jilin Provincial School Co-construction Plan-the universal follow-up system of the medical cloud platform.It analyzes the current follow-up system on the market to optimize its non-universality.It provides doctors with a customizable follow-up plan.Each department can share a common follow-up system.It also introduces a decision tree-based ID3 algorithm the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis function,which automatically analyzes the follow-up information of the patient according to the established rules of the doctor,draws a preliminary diagnosis conclusion,assists the doctor to diagnose the patient,reduces the workload of the doctor,and reduces the time for the patient to fill in the medical record cumbersome steps.After consulting the suggestions of some doctors in the hospital and combining the main functions of the existing follow-up system on the market,the system designed the following functional modules.Among them,the main functional modules on the doctor side are: custom follow-up plan,distribution of follow-up plan,statistical data,viewing patient information,intelligent assisted diagnosis,etc.The main functional modules on the patient side are: filling in the follow-up plan,viewing the historical follow-up plan,and scanning the code to bind the doctor-patient relationship.In addition,online tests were carried out in the neurology department of a hospital,which was well received by doctors and patients.At the same time,many feedback suggestions were received,which confirmed the availability of the system and also pointed the way for the future development of the system.
