Objective: To investigate the changes of left ventricular function and myocardium in OSAHS,and carry out quantitative analysis of myocardial tissue by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging.Method:Twenty-four male patients,aged 40-60 years old,and 25 normal adult male healthy volunteers,aged 40-60 years old,who with a history of snoring and sleep disorders that met the 2011 revised OSAHS diagnostic criteria and were diagnosed as OSASH after polysomnography(PSG)monitoring were selected.Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging was performed on all subjects.Multi-temporal movie sequence scanning,T1 mapping scanning before contrast agent injection,T2 mapping scanning and T1 mapping scanning after contrast agent injection were conducted respectively.Left ventricular functional parameters LVEF?LVEDV?LVESV?LVCO?LVSV? LVCI?LVM)?left ventricular myocardial T1 value,T2 value and ECV value were obtained.Results(1)cardiac function related parameters: LVEF,LVEDV,LVSV in OSAHS group were lower than those in normal(P<0.05),LVESV and LVM were higher than that in normal(P<0.05).(2)histological parameters: T2 value of middle segment,apex segment and mean of left ventricular myocardium in OSAHS were higher than those in normal,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Correlation analysis of T2 value of left ventricular myocardium with age,BMI and AHI in OSAHS group: the overall mean T2 value of left ventricular myocardium was positively correlated with age,BMI and AHI.The T2 value of apical segment was positively correlated with age,,BMI and AHI.The BMI was positively correlated with AHI.Conclusion :(1)Left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions of OSAHS were both reduced differently degrees and myocardial quality was increased.(2)There are different degrees of myocardial damage in the left ventricular myocardium of OSAHS,and the degree of damage is correlated with the severity of OSAHS.(3)Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging T2 mapping technology can effectively evaluate the early changes of myocardium of OSASH patients,which has a important clinical application value.
