Objective : This study purposes to analyze the clinical application value and correlation analysis of the acid-glycoprotein(?1-acid glycoprotein),CRP,C3 complement and prealbumin(PA)in patients with acute cholecystitis by detecting the difference levels of them in serum in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods: 160 patients with acute cholecystitis who were admitted to the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital were selected as the study group from November 2018 to August 2019.The patients all received laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)treatment,and the routine pathological examination was performed during the operation;all patients recovered and discharged.In addition,98 healthy persons who had physical examination in physical examination center of our hospital were collected as control group.According to the pathological diagnosis,the study group was divided into simple,purulent and gangrenous cholecystitis.On the first day of admission,the serum levels of acid glycoprotein(?1-acid glycoprotein),CRP,C3 complement and prealbumin(PA)were compared between the study group and the control group.And in different pathological types of acute cholecystitis,the levels of the four factors were compared between any two types.In addition,the dynamic levels of the above four factors were compared between any two groups.And also analyze the correlation of the four factors.Result:There was no statistical significance between the study group and the control group in general data,combined basic diseases,race and so on(P>0.05).On the first day of admission,the fasting venous blood of the two g roups was sampled and the serum concentrations of four factors in the blood were measured,among which the CRP of the study group VS the control grou p was(48.11±45.16 VS 6.02±1.72)mg/L,the ?1-acid glycoprotein was(1747.2±171.04VS1072.02±108.15)mg/L,the C3 complement was(0.63±0.11VS1.06±0.09)g/L,and the prealbumin(PA)was(185.14±49.99VS323.12±28.6)mg/L,can see that there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).On t he first day of admission,the blood expression levels of acid glycoprotein(?1-acid glycoprotein),CRP,C3 complement and prealbumin(PA)were measured i n three groups with different pathological types of cholecystitis.Each factor was compared in any two groups with different pathological types of cholecystitis,that is,simple VS purulent VS gangrenous,The results showed that CRP(16.47.11±3.48 VS 38.48±31.12 VS 85.66±50.15)mg/L,acid glycoprotein(?1-acid glycoprotein(1630.7±126.44 VS 1744.95±119.69 VS 1853.38±180.83)mg/L,C3 complement(0.71±0.07 VS 0.68±0.06 VS 0.51±0.06)g/L,prealbumin(PA)(245.37±24.01VS169.63±37.94VS146.32±15.98)mg/L,and the statistical analys is showed that FCRP=55.294,F?1-acid glycoprotein = 30.785,FC3 complement= 162.84,F prealbumin(PA)= 184.55,so the above four factors were signifi cantly different in different pathological types of cholecystitis(P < 0.05).The dynamic changes of serum concentration of the four factors were detected befo re and after operation.Each factor was compared in any two groups of three different pathological types of cholecystitis and the changes of the four factors before and after operation were observed.The results showed that on the first day of admission,the level of CRP was(16.47±3.48VS38.48±31.12VS85.66±50.15)mg/L and 3 days before surgery of CRP was(17.49±3.32VS38.16±29.64VS100.02±67.17)mg/L,1 day before surgery of CRP was(19.47 ± 3.48VS40.86 ± 31.12VS105.27 ± 12.32)mg / L,1 day after surgery of CRP was(15.33± 3.46VS30.9 ± 19.66VS65.08 ± 44.56)mg / L,3 day after surgery of CRP was(5.59 ± 2.02VS10.56 ± 7.88VS26.71 ± 23.96)mg / L.By statistical anal ysis,FCRP = 4.620,PCRP = 0.033,which with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The same statistical method was used for the dynamic comparison analysis of acidic glycoprotein(as 1-acidic glycoprotein),C3 complement,and prealbumin(PA),respectively.It was concluded that F acidic glycoprotein =7.280,FC3 complement =8.898,and F prealbumin(PA)=2.864,P=0.004,and P < 0.05 were all statistically si gnificant.And had these four indicators for correlation analysis,we concluded t hat the four factors have certain correlation.Conclusion:1.The early diagnosis of acute cholecystitis can be made by detecting the levels of acid glycoprotein(?1-acid glycoprotein),CRP,C3 complement and prealbumin(PA)in combination with related tests and examinations.2.By measuring the expression level of the above factors in the blood,we can judge the severity of acute cholecystitis and choose the appropriate treatment plan.3.Dynamic monitoring of the above factors can determine the clinical treatment effect,and can adjust the clinical treatment plan according to the changes of the expression level of the four factors,so they have important value in guiding clinical treatment and judging the prognosis.
