Objectives:explore the correlation between CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms and glycosylated albumin in patients with high-risk non-disabled ischemic cerebrovascular events.(HR-NICE).Methods: To continuously include HR-NICE patients from September 2016 to October 2019 in Xining,Qinghai Province(2,260 meters above sea level,who have lived in Xining area for more than 10 years)who were admitted to the department of neurology of Qinghai provincial people's hospital,affiliated hospital of Qinghai university and the second people's hospital of xining city.all of the patients were performed CYP2C19 genetic testing,analyzed the clinical data and test data.on the basis of clopidogrel CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms,these patients were divided into two groups:slow metabolism and intermediary metabolism as one group,normal and fast metabolism model for another group.Glycosylated albumin(GA)measurements were compared between the two groups,so as to understand whether there was a correlation between the genotype of CYP2C19 and glycosylated albumin in patients with high-risk non-disabled cerebrovascular events.Results: 1.Among the hr-nice population in Xining area,the slow and middle metabolic type accounted for 66.4%,while the normal and fast metabolic type accounted for 33.6%.2.Among the 110 patients,73 were CYP2C19 patients with slow and moderate metabolic types,60 were males(82.2%)and 13 were females(17.8%),with an average GA value of 232.603±44.516.There were 37 patients with normal and fast metabolic type,including 30 males(81.1%)and 7 females(18.9%),with an average GA value of 209.378±39.072.It can be seen that the GA value with slow and moderate CYP2C19 metabolic type is higher than that of the fast metabolic type group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in general data such as hypertension,diabetes,smoking history,alcohol abuse history,APTT?FIB?total cholesterol,HGB? triglycerides,admission NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05),but in terms of Hcy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:CYP2C19 genes are correlated with GA levels in HR-NICE patients in Xining.CYP2C19 slow,medium metabolic type GA level is high,normal,fast metabolic type GA level is low.There were significant differences in Hcy levels between the two groups,CYP2C19 slow,medium metabolic type Hcy level is high,normal,fast metabolic type Hcy level is low.
