Objective:Based on the three-dimensional reconstructed radiographic images acquired by CTA,observe and measure the anatomical data of the relevant vertebrae of the vertebral artery in the lower cervical region and the surrounding vertebrae.Including the type and diameter of vertebral arteries;the diameter and occupancy of the transverse process hole;the distance from the peripheral transverse process and the articular process joints. In order to obtain valuable image anatomy data, analyze its relationship with vertebral artery disease and provide theoretical and data support for clinical practice.Materials and methods:Patients from March 2018 to July 2019 who were treated with Jilin University First Hospital for cervical CTA scans were selected.According to the screening and exclusion criteria,86 cases were finally selected for data analysis, including 52 males and 34 females, with an average age of 45 years. The CTA scan of the neck was performed using General Electric 's DiscoveryTM 64-row gemstone CT machine, iohexol injection Onipak as the enhancer, and the scan accuracy was 0.625 mm.The digital impact results are aggregated to the AW Volume Share 4.5 workstation, and professional technicians at the workstation perform post-array processing. The skeletal system and circulatory system and related areas were digitally and 3D reconstructed, and further improved based on post-processing sequences such as volume rendering and maximum density projection.Under the guidance of teachers and technicians in the Department of Human Anatomy, the workstations are used for observation and data measurement.Results:1.Vertebral artery balance type was 35 cases(40.7%),vertebral artery dominant type was 51 cases(59.3%),of which 32 cases were left vertebral artery advantage(37.2%),and 19 cases were right vertebral artery advantage(22.1%).2.The diameter of vertebral artery of C3-C6 cervical transverse process hole gradually increased from top to bottom. There was no statistical difference between the vertebral artery type dominant side group and the balanced type group at the same level, and there was a statistical difference between the vertebral artery type dominant side group and the non-dominant side group.3.At the same level, the length of the transverse process hole in the dominant side of the vertebral artery type was slightly larger than that in the non-dominant side group, but there was no statistical significance. There was no significant difference between the length and length of the vertebral artery type and the balance type in the dominant side group.4.At the same level, the ratio of the vertebral artery area to the corresponding transverse process hole area in the dominant and non-dominant side of the vertebral artery type was statistically different. There was no statistical difference in the ratio of the vertebral artery face area to the corresponding transverse process hole area in the vertebral artery type dominant side group and the balanced type group.5.At the same level, there was a statistically significant difference in the distance between the transverse foramen and the foramen of the vertebral artery type dominant group and non-dominant side group. There was no statistical difference in the distance between the transverse process hole and the taper hole in the dominant vertebral artery type and balanced group.6.For the distance between the central point of the vertebral transverse process hole and the outer edge of the transverse process, there was no statistical significance between the vertebral artery type dominant side group,non-dominant side group and balanced type group.7.At the same level, there is a statistical difference in the distance between the vertebral artery of the vertebral artery type and the non-dominant side of the vertebral artery from the adjacent joints. There was no statistically significant difference in the distance between the vertebral artery between the dominant vertebral artery type and the balanced group.Conclusion:1.Nearly 60% of the vertebral arteries are dominated by the vertebral artery, but the dominant side itself and related peripheral structures are basically the same as the balanced vertebral artery.2.In normal physiological conditions, the transverse process aperture line has no obvious correlation with vertebral artery classification. The smaller non-dominant vertebral arteries have a lower risk of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis under physiological conditions than the dominant vertebral arteries.3.Bony structures around the vertebral arteries, such as the articular process joints and the transverse processes, are closely related to the occurrence and development of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.
