| Objective The correlation between LVSI(lymph and vascular space invasion)and clinicopathological features and prognosis of early-stage cervical cancer was analyzed retrospectively. The same analysis was performed to determined whether there were difference in subgroups according to LVSI classification. Methods 1.From January 2011 to December 2015,patients with early cervical cancer who were treated by gynecological surgery in our hospital.According to the principle of random pairing,60 patients were divided into LVSI(+)group and LVSI(-)group.Combined with preoperative clinical data(including age),postoperative clinical indicators(including clinical pathological stage, depth of interstitial infiltration, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis,etc.),follow-up prognosis(including: progression free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS)To analyze the correlation between LVSI and clinicopathological characteristics of early cervical cancer and its influence on prognosis.2.Immunohistochemical staining was performed with CD34 and D2-40 monoclonal antibodies in LVSI(+)group, which were further classified into BVI(+)group and LVI(+)group, and the correlation between LVSI(+)group and clinicopathology and prognosis was analyzed.ResultsPart ICorrelation Analysis of LVSI with Clinicopathological Factors and Prognosis1.Single factor analysis showed that LVSI was significantly different from cervical stromal invasion depth and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05),but not from age, tumor differentiation degree and clinical stage(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in age,FIGO stage, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation between the two groups(P > 0.05);LVSI(+)was an important factor affecting the overall survival and progression free survival(P < 0.05).The second partCorrelation analysis of LVSI with clinicopathological factors and prognosis1.The correlation analysis between LVSI(+)and clinicopathological features of cervical cancer: LVI(+),BVI(+)were not related to lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05);BVI + LVI double positivity was related to lymph node metastasis(P = 0.008).2.The results showed that the total survival time and progression free survival time of BVI(+)group,LVI(+)group and BVI + LVI double positivity group decreased in turn. The survival time of LVSI(+)group was significantly lower than LVSI(-)group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).Conclusion 1.LVSI is an independent prognostic factor of lymph node metastasis, which affects the overall survival time and progression free survival time. The survival time of patients with BVI / LVI double positive is significantly shorter. |
