Objective To investigate the predictive value of CK7,Hep-1,and GPC3 in early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma in order to guide the post-surgical monitor and treatment. Methods The medical records of patients who underwent the first surgical treatment in General Hospital of Ningxia University from October 2012 to October 2017 were collected, and 173 patients who met the requirements were selected based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.SPSS 19.0 software was used to process and analyze the data. The relationship between various parameters and early postoperative recurrence, the relationship among the expression of CK7,Hep-1 and GPC3 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and relevant various parameters, the correlation of three indicators in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, and relationship between three indicators and early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed.Results1.The positive expression rates of CK7,Hep-1,and GPC3 of 173 patients were 23.7%,84.97%,and 78.61% respectively.Among the early recurrent patients, the positive expression rates were 23.08%,87.91% and 86.81% respectively.GPC3 expression was related to the level of AST,tumor size, microvascular invasion, and tumor differentiation(P <0.05).2.There was no correlation among the expression of CK7,Hep-1,and GPC3 in cancer tissues(P> 0.05).3.The results of univariate analys was showed that early recurrence was related with age,HBV viral load, the level of preoperative serum ALT and AST,duration of surgery, total hepatic blockade, tumor size, portal vein invasion, membrane invasion, microvascular invasion, tumor differentiation expression, and GPC3 expression(P <0.05).CK7 and Hep-1 may not be risk factors of early recurrence(P> 0.05).4.Multivariate analys was showed that tumor size(?5 cm),microvascular invasion, and GPC3 positive expression were independent risk factors for detecting early recurrence after hepatocellular carcinoma resection(P<0.05).5.Tumor-free survival analys was showed that the survival time of the positive expression of GPC3 was short within 2 years after resectiong, and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion1.The expression of GPC3 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues is related to AST,tumor size, microvascular invasion, and cancer tissue differentiation.2.There is no correlation among the expression of CK7,Hep-1 and GPC3 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues.3.The expression of CK7 and Hep-1 in HCC may not be related to the early recurrence after HCC resection. It is not yet effective to predict the early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after resection.4.GPC3 positive expression is an independent risk factor for early recurrence after surgical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma, and it may be a valuable indicator for predicting early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
