Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis By Fecal Bacteria Transplantation

Objective:By comparing the clinical symptoms and inflammatory indexes before and after Fecal Microbiota Transplantation of patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital,to exploring and analyzed which provided a new idea for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:Review on December 1,2017 to December 30,2018,ningxia medical university general hospital,hospital FMT treatment of 15 patients with UC,collected respectively in FMT clinical medical records before and after treatment,compared before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms of UC(including fever,abdominal pain,tenesmus,defecate frequency,forming,do you have any mucous or purulent blood stool,if constipation,diet and mental health)and inflammatory indexes(including C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,immunoglobulin IgG/IgM/IgA)between the The clinical effect of FMT on UC was evaluated according to the results.Results:1.among the 15 patients with UC,10 males and 5 females,the average age of 40.1±5.9years.2.15 patients with UC showed varying degrees of clinical symptoms at 1,8 and 16 weeks after receiving FMT treatment,and some patients achieved clinical remission.3.15 cases of UC patients after receiving FMT treatment,its inflammatory indicators significantly decreased compared with before treatment(p < 0.05),suggesting that FMT treatment can reduce the inflammatory activities of UC patients.Conclusion:1.After FMT treatment,the clinical symptoms of UC patients were improved.2.After FMT treatment,CRP,ESR,IgG/IgM/IgA and other inflammatory indicators in UC patients decreased to different degrees.
