Purpose:Respectively, this study adopts single clues and more emotion recognition paradigm,to explore the patients with schizophrenia to individual emotional clues and multidimensional emotional cognitive characteristics of the present in emotion recognition processing,on this basis, adopt different two kinds of emotion recognition paradigm of emotion recognition in patients with schizophrenia clinical intervention for three weeks.Enrich the cognitive theoretical basis of the emotion recognition disorder in schizophrenics, explore the internal emotional cognitive processing mechanism of patients, and through scientific emotional intervention, make patients better understand the emotions of others, and help them better participate in social activities, thereby improving social cognition and alleviating the symptoms of social function withdrawal.Methods:1.Research studyQuestionnaire survey: demographic data and clinical data were collected for all subjects to understand the general situation of patients and their basic social cognition.2.Experimental methodExperimental research method: through behavioral experiments,to explore the cognitive recognition differences between single and multiple cues in the presentation of emotion recognition in schizophrenics.3.Intervention studyIntervention study: two different emotional cues were used to conduct the clinical control intervention for 3 weeks, and the efficacy of the intervention group and the control group were compared. The change index and scale score before and after behavioral experiment were compared to compare the change of each index, and the intervention effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:1.Survey finding(1)The scores of PANSS symptoms were 85.29±2.38,the total score of EIS was98.73±11.65,the total score of TAS was 83.19±8.74,and the total score of interpersonal communication ability was 127.34±6.28.(2)There were significant gender differences in relevant psychological indicators, and significant gender differences in emotional perception(t=-2.539,p=0.015)and interpersonal skills(t=2.098,p=0.042)in patients with schizophrenia(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in all dimensions among schizophrenia patients of different age, educational level and residence(P>0.05).Schizophrenia patients with different marital status showed significant differences in others' emotional management ability(F=3.133,p=0.037)(P<0.05).2.Experimental study resultsPretest time for behavioral experiments:In terms of positive, neutral and negative emotion recognition, there were significant differences between the accuracy of multi-cue emotion recognition and response time and single-cue emotion recognition(P <0.05).When positive and negative emotions were identified, the accuracy of multi-cue emotion recognition was higher and the response was faster. In the recognition of neutral emotions, the recognition accuracy of single clue was higher than that of multiple clues(t=5.928,P =0.000),and the response time was faster than that of multiple clues(t=-13.192,P=0.000).3.Intervention study results(1)Behavior after the test experiment results show that: in a single clue emotion recognition, the intervention group and control group in recognition accuracy(t=1.636,P=0.411),the reaction time(t=0.699,P=0.579)there was no significant difference(P >0.05),the more clues to emotion recognition accuracy(t=4.338,P=0.000),the reaction time(t=2.774,P=0.008),the significant difference between the intervention group and control group.(2)After intervention, the results of the scale showed that there were significant differences in the scores of PANSS(t=7.130),emotional perception(t=-6.672),self(t=-9.470),emotional management of others(t=-4.773),ability to recognize and distinguish emotions and body feelings(t=3.786),extraversion(t=7.338),and interpersonal skills(t=8.646)between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)In the pre-test behavioral experiment, when the positive and negative emotions were identified, the accuracy of multi-cue recognition was greater than that of single-cue recognition, and the response time was faster than that of single-cue recognition. In the recognition of neutral emotion, the recognition rate of single clue is higher than that of multiple clues, and the response time is faster than that of multiple clues.(2)The results of post-test behavioral experiment showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the accuracy rate and response time of single-cue emotion recognition. In terms of the correct rate of multi-clue emotion recognition and response time, the two groups had significant differences in the intervention effect, and the intervention group had better emotion recognition ability.(3)The results of multi-clue intervention were better than that of single-clue intervention, which was more conducive to improving the emotional recognition ability of schizophrenia patients.
