Objective:To explore the influence factors of clinical indicators on the long-term quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia in different periods(2 weeks,6 months,6 years),and to provide clinical recommendations for improving the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A longitudinal study was conducted on 165 cases of hemiplegia patients with initial stroke in shanxi provincial people's hospital from 2013 to 2014 to investigate the influence of clinical indicators on the long-term quality of life of patients 2 weeks,6months and 6 years after onset.All clinical data were analyzed and processed by SPSS21.0,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Single factor analysis hints:1.The influential factors with statistical significance in patients with hemiplegia after stroke for 2 weeks were: advanced function of MAS hand,age,obesity,and smoking;The related factors with no statistical significance were sex,hemiplegia,stroke type,aphasia,hypertension,diabetes,hemiplegia with shoulder pain.2.The influential factors with statistical significance for hemiplegia patients with stroke in June were as follows: MAS indicators,BADL total score,age,obesity and smoking;The related factors with no statistical significance were sex,hemiplegia,stroketype,aphasia,hypertension,diabetes,hemiplegia with shoulder pain.3.The influential factors with statistical significance for stroke patients with hemiplegia for 6 years included BADL level,life satisfaction,anxiety level,depression level,chronic disease self-efficacy level and social support.The related factors without statistical significance were: weekly rehabilitation training.Multi-factor analysis hints:1.The influential factors with statistical significance for stroke patients with hemiplegia in 2 weeks were obesity,age,smoking and advanced function of MAS hand.2.The influential factors with statistical significance for stroke patients with hemiplegia in 6 months were: MAS hand function,obesity,age,and smoking.3.The influential factors with statistical significance for stroke patients with hemiplegia for 6 years were BADL level,life satisfaction and social support.Conclusion:The factors affecting the long-term quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after primary stroke were different in 2 weeks,6 months and 6 years.The data suggested that:in order to improve the long-term quality of life of patients,early attention should be paid to low-fat diet,smoking cessation,attention to hand function rehabilitation training;The rehabilitation of hand function should be emphasized in the middle period.Long-term attention should be paid to the improvement of patients' daily living ability,life satisfaction,psychological status,self-efficacy level and social support.
