Objective:To investigate the relationship between preoperative anxiety, pain threshold and postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy, and toevaluatethe predictors ofpostoperative pain.Methods:75 female patients who aged 35~65 years,ASA I or II,undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were enrolled during September 2018 to August 2019.At the day before surgery, the preoperative anxiety was evaluated by amsterdam preoperative anxiety and information scale(APAIS),and the pain threshold and pain tolerance threshold were measured by 3 quantitative sensory examination(QST).According to APAIS score, the patients were divided into low-anxiety group(group L,APAIS<12)and high-anxiety group(group H,APAIS?12).The anesthesia time, operation time, the consumption of propofol and remifentanil during surgery were recorded.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and side effects 3 days after surgery were recorded.Results:23patients(30.67%)had high preoperative anxiety. There was no significant difference in QST parameters between the two groups. There was a negative correlation between Mechanical Pain Threshold(MPT)and postoperative VAS score(P<0.05).In group H,the postoperative VAS score was higher. There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups. Conclusion:Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can increase the degree of postoperative pain, which can be used as a predictor of postoperative pain. The relationship between QST parameters and postoperative pain needs to be further studied.
