| Objective:To investigate the changes of intrapulmonary shunt rate and claudin-4 protein during one-lung ventilation for esophageal cancer surgery. Methods:Thirty patients who planned to undergo thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer in our hospital were chosen.Blood samples from radial artery and internal jugular vein were collected:10 min(T0)before OLV in lateral decubitus position(LDP),60 min after OLV in LDP(T1),60 min(T2)after resumption of TLV.Results:Intrapulmonary shunt rate was significantly higher at T1 than at T0(P<0.05),T1 was higher than T2(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between T0 and T2(P>0.05);Claudin-4 was higher at T1,T2 than at T0(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between T1 and T2(P>0.05).Conclusion:One-lung ventilation can lead to significant intrapulmonary shunt, and it can be improved after the recovery of two-lung ventilation, while claudin-4 can be up-regulated,which plays a certain role in lung protection. |
