Objective:By collecting 24 serological indicators of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and analyzing their expression changes in SLE,to explore the correlation between SLE disease and serological indicators, monitor the progress of the disease, and manage the clinicians SLE patients provide a reasonable reference.Methods:100 cases of SLE patients who were treated in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the case group, and 50 healthy persons who were admitted to the hospital during the same period as the control group. Two groups were matched for age and gender.Applying automatic erythrocyte sedimentation volume tester to detect erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR);automatic biochemical analyzer to detect total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),Apolipoprotein A1(Apo-A1),apolipoprotein B100(Apo-B100),apolipoprotein E(Apo-E),lipoprotein ?(Lp(?)),small and dense low density lipoprotein(sd LDL),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),Globulin(GLO),blood glucose(GLU),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),?2-microglobulin(?2-MG);and calculated HDL / TC,AST / ALT and A / G.Compare the changes of serological indicators between the two groups, and analyze the correlation between SLE and the indicators. All data were analyzed using SPSS21.0 software, with P <0.05 as statistically significant.Results:(1)Expression levels of serological indicators in patients with SLE The levels of ESR,TG,Apo-B100,Apo-E,Lp(?),sd LDL,ALT,AST,?2-MG,and UA in the SLE group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05),the levels of Apo-A1,HDL / TC,TBIL,DBIL,PA,ALB,A / G were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).(2)Correlation analysis of serological indexes in patients with SLE Through binary logistic regression analysis,ESR,sd LDL,?2-MG were positively correlated with SLE disease, and Apo-A1 was negatively correlated with SLE disease(P<0.05).(3)ROC curve analysis of serological indexes of SLE Results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of ESR,Apo-A1,sd LDL,and?2-MG which predicted the best cutoff point for the development of SLE disease were0.872,0.675,0.696,and 0.854 respectively, and the AUC of ESR was higher than other indicators(P <0.05),the best cut-off point is <37.500mm/h,the sensitivity is 79.0%,and the specificity is 84.0%.Conclusion:There are statistical differences between SLE patients and the control group in multiple serological indicators, among which ESR,Apo-A1,sd LDL,?2-MG are closely related to SLE,which may be related to the progression of SLE disease.Occurrence of can provide relevant guidance for clinical evaluation of disease status and prognosis, and provide a reference for the comprehensive management of SLE patients.
