Background:In recent years, along with the transition of the diet and lifestyle, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases,NAFLD)the incidence of rising year by year, its pathogenesis have become the focus in the academic,Helicobacter Pylori(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)outside the gastrointestinal diseases role also attention, thus the correlation between Hp infection and NAFLD has become the hot topic in current. Objective:To investigate whether Hp infection is a risk factor for NAFLD.Methods:1.Literature reports on the correlation between Hp infection and NAFLD were retrieved by computers in Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane,CNKI,SinoMed,wanfang data knowledge service platform and other databases.2.Literature was selected and data were sorted according to inclusion criteria, and Meta analysis was performed on them with Revman software.Results:1.A total of 12 studies were included, including 9 cross-sectional studies,1case-control study and 2 cohort studies. This study was divided into two parts to make a meta-analysis on whether Hp infection was a risk factor for NAFLD.2.In 7 of the literatures, patients with NAFLD were divided into the Hp+/Hp-group,and the RR value of NAFLD with Hp infection was 1.15(95%CI:1.06~1.25,I~2=87%,?~2=47.35),P=0.0007.However,after the exclusion of 2 studies[11,13]with large deviations,RR value of NAFLD with Hp infection was 1.10(95%CI:1.05~1.14,I~2=27%,?~2=5.46),P<0.00001,heterogeneity significantly decreased, and RR value was greater than 1,indicating that Hp infection may be a risk factor for NAFLD.3.There were 5 studies on the prevalence of NAFLD and lipid status in patients with Hp infection.(1)correlation analysis was conducted on patients with Hp infection combined with NAFLD,with RR value of 1.23(95%CI:1.12~1.36,I~2=61%,?~2=10.35),P<0.0001.The RR value was 1.16(95%CI:1.08~1.24,I~2=0%,?~2=1.21)and P<0.0001after excluding the two literatures with large deviation values. The RR values were all greater than 1,suggesting a possible correlation between Hp infection and NAFLD.(2)Meta analysis was performed on Hp infection and BMI,LDL and TG.Studies with small sample sizes were excluded, suggesting that Hp can influence BMI,LDL and TG to a certain extent. Conclusion:Hp infection may be one of the risk factors for NAFLD and has some influence on BMI,LDL and TG.However, due to the lack of included studies,a large number of studies are needed to confirm this conclusion.
