Objective:1.To explore the characteristics of sensory gating P50 in patients with psychotic depression;2.To explore the sensory gating P50 and total scores of HAMD17,anxiety/somatization,block,sleep disorder correlation characteristics of equal factors;3.Exploring the influence of socio-demographic characteristics of sensory gating P50in patients with psychotic major depression, and providing objective evidence for the application of P50 to evaluate patients with psychotic major depression to further understand the relationship between P50 with psychiatric symptoms and the severity of the disease and the influencing factors of socio-demographic characteristics. Methods:After selecting patients with and without psychotic symptoms and normal controls in accordance with the criteria for inclusion, the informed consent was signed, and all members of the group completed the collection of general demographic information, including age, gender, marriage, education, etc.Patients in the study group with and without psychiatric symptoms were assessed using theHamilton Depression Scale(HAMD17)for severity assessment, and event-related potential P50 was measured. The P50 latency, amplitude, and conditional test amplitude ratio were mainly measured.?S2/S1?.Statistical analysis was performed using SAS 9.4 statistical software, and the unit of measurement was the mean standard deviation description, and analysis of variance was used to compare quantitative variables between the three groups, and further pairwise comparisons were performed using Bonferroni test.Correlation analysis Pearson correlation test was used. The t-test was used to analyze the influencing factors.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Comparison of P50 latency, amplitude, and s2/s1 between the three groups.Comparison of P50 latency between the three groups:Compared with normal controls, the s1-P50 latency of patients with and without psychiatric symptoms of major depression increased rapidly, the difference was so striking?p<0.05?.However,there was no difference in the s2-P50 latency between the three groups?p>0.05?.There was no difference in s1-P50 and s2-P50 latency between the two patients with and without depression with psychotic symptoms?p>0.05?.Comparison of P50 amplitude between the three groups:Compared with the healthy control subjects, the amplitude of s2-P50 with psychotic depression was significantly increased?p<0.05?,and the amplitude of s2-P50 in without psychotic depression showed no significant difference compared with the healthy control subjects?p>0.05?,there was no significant difference in the amplitude of the with and without depression with psychotic symptoms?p>0.05?.Comparison of P50 s2/s1 amplitude ratio between the three groups:Compared with the normal control group,P50 s2/s1 of patients with depression with psychotic symptoms increased and was statistically significant?p<0.05?,with and without depression with psychotic symptoms The s2/s1 of patients was statistically different?p<0.05?,and the s2/s1 of patients with psychotic depression was greater than that of patients without depression with psychotic symptoms.2.There was no correlation between HAMD17 score and factors and P50 indexes in the group with psychotic symptoms?p>0.05?.3.In patients with depression with psychotic symptoms, the s2-P50 amplitude of females is higher than that of men, which has a significant difference?p<0.05?,while the s2-P50 latency period is at the threshold of gender and the s2-P50 amplitude of marriage At the critical value,no significant difference was seen in the rest?p>0.05?.Conclusion:1.The sensory gating inhibition in patients with depression with psychotic symptoms was severely impaired, and the sensory gating in patients without depression with psychotic symptoms was not abnormal, suggesting that impaired sensory gating may be a biological indicator with psychotic depression.2.The P50 of patients with psychotic depression is not related to the severity of the disease and is not used as an indicator of status.3.Gender is an influencing factor for P50 in patients with depression with psychotic symptoms.Women's sensory gating inhibition is more severe than men's,and the effect of marriage on P50 is at a critical value.Unmarried patients have more severe sensory gating impairment than married patients.
