Application Value Analysis Of UDCA After ERCP

Objective:To investigate the value of UDCA in preventing recurrence of biliary calculi in patients after ERCP lithotomy and to discuss the clinical value of biliary stent combined with UDCA in improving hepatic function and symptoms of patients with obstructive jaundice.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 140 cases of choledocholithiasis patients who underwent ERCP lithotomy in our hospital.According to their use of UDCA after ERCP,the patients were divided into three groups: the non-taking group,the short-term taking group(within 1 month),and the long-term taking group(over 9 months).The patients were followed up for 2 years.Then collecting fifty-six patients who underwent ERCP for obstructive jaundice and biliary stent placement in our hospital.Divide those paitients into observation group and control group according to general conditions,then give the observation group conventional dose of UDCA orally,and the rest treatment was the same as the control group.To observe the clinic symptoms and liver function at 3 days and 1 week in the two groups.Results:1.The first part: There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the short-term group and the non-taking group,but the rates of the non-taking group and short-term group were distinctly higher than the third group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The second part: Symptoms and liver function in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and liver function test on the third day showed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the result in 1week showed that ALT,AST,TBiL,DBiL,ALP and GGT in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.long-term medication of UDCA after ERCP for common bile duct calculi can effectively prevent the recurrence of calculi.2.Biliary stent implantation has a definite effect on the improvement of clinic symptoms and liver function in patients with obstructive jaundice,and it is more effective after the combined treatment with UDCA for more than 1 week,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
