| Objective:In this study,Treg and Treg,Th17 and Th17,Th2 and Th2,Th1 and Th1,Treg/Th17,Th2/Th1 were measured in patients with coronary heart disease.The correlation between Treg,Th17,Th2,Th1,Treg/Th17,Th2/Th1 and the severity of coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease was analyzed.The mechanism of Treg,Th17,Th2,Th1 in the progression of coronary heart disease was explored to provide a new diagnosis for coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease Healing thoughts.Method:From January 2019 to January 2020,190 patients admitted to our hospital for coronary angiography(CAG)were collected.164 patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed according to their medical history,clinical manifestations,physical signs,relevant laboratory indicators,ECG,CAG examination results,etc.as the test group,the test group was divided into 52 patients with stable angina(SA)and 52 patients with unstable angina(UA)according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease)53 cases in group A,59 cases in group A,26 cases in control group were excluded from coronary heart disease after CAG and ECG examination.The levels of Treg and Treg%,Th17 and Th17%,Th2 and Th2%,Th1 and Th1%,Treg/Th17 and Th2/Th1 were measured and analyzed.The severity of coronary artery disease was evaluated by Gensini score standard,and the correlation between Treg,Th17,Th2,Th1,Treg/Th17,Th2/Th1 and Gensini score was statistically analyzed.The risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed by binary logistic regressionResult:1.Comparison of general data of four groups:there was no difference in age,gender,smoking history,hypertension history,diabetes history,body mass index,Cr,TC,HDL-C among the four groups(P>0.05);there was no difference in TG leve among the control group,SA group and UA group(P>0.05);compared with the control group,UA group and SA group,TG in AMI group increased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,UA group and SA group,TG in UA group and SA group increased(P<0.05)The level of LDL-C increased in AMI group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in UA,SA and AMI group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of immune indexes in four groups:Treg and Treg,Th2 and Th2%,Treg/Th17 and Th2/Th1 in coronary heart disease group were lower than those in control group(P The more serious the disease was,the higher the Th17 and Th17%,Th1 and Th1%(P<0.05).3.Gensini comparison of four groups:the Gensini score of coronary heart disease group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The more serious the disease was,the higher the Gensini score was(P<0.05).4.The immune indexes and genini:Treg and Treg,Th2 and Th2%,Treg/Th17,Th2/Th1 were negatively correlated with genini(P<0.05),Th17 and Th17%,Th1 and Th1%were positively correlated with genini(P<0.05).5.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that TG and LDL-C were the risk factors of coronary heart disease(P<0.05)Conclusion:mmune disorders are involved in the development of coronary heart disease Th1 cells,Th2 cells,Th17 cells and Treg cells are important immune cells,which affect the process of coronary heart disease.With the increase of Th17 cells and Th1 cells,the more serious the coronary heart disease is,the higher the degree of coronary artery disease is;with the increase of Treg cells and Th2 cells,the lighter the condition of coronary heart disease is,the lower the degree of coronary artery disease is;with the increase of Treg/Th17 and Th2/Th1 ratio,the lower the degree of coronary artery disease is.The imbalance of the ratio of Treg cells to Th17 cells and Th2 cells to Th1 cells may eventually destroy the balance of inflammation and immunity and become the immunological mechanism of coronary heart disease. |
