With the increasing of people's awareness of health in China,the number of hospital outpatients has increased year by year.How to effectively use the limited medical resources of the hospital,rationally arrange the patient visiting orders to improve the medical experience,and better serve the patients have become major concerns of hospital administrators.In the past,the hospital's queuing system was queued independently from the perspective of each department.The coordination of multiple information systems in the hospital were not fully considered.Patients needed to wait in line at each registration window with the bills,which led to the complexity of the process of patient visiting,the disorder of queuing in Windows and the increase of patients' negative emotions.In view of this,the project is based on the theory of queuing theory,based on the existing hospital queuing system,through the integration of each window queuing system,the whole process of considering the patient's medical treatment.According to the queuing theory,based on the existing queuing systems in each department of hospital,this project integrates the window queuing systems,which the whole process of patients' medical treatment was considered.Integrate multiple queuing systems in the hospital to achieve an overall optimal configuration.And creatively apply data mining technology to provide decision-making basis for hospital queuing system.This thesis started with the issues in the presence of the existing queuing system of the hospital,and used relevant theories and techniques.After investigations and analysis,the specific requirements of hospital queuing were obtained.According to the needs analysis,the system design was carried out from three aspects: hardware,software and database.The system implementation was implemented according to the B/S three-tier architecture by means of Java EE and SQL Server 2008.In practical applications,this comprehensive analysis system will help to rationalize the order of treatment,shorten the total queue time of patients,and maintain a good medical environment.It is of great significance to implement "patient-centered",improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,and improve the competitiveness of hospitals.It can realize medical informationization,queuing automation,humanization of medical guidance,and scientific deployment.
