Objective:Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute multi-systemic vasculitis of unknown etiology,it affects not only cardiovascular system, but also other multiple organs. It's to explore the predictive value of anticardiolipin antibody(ACA)on coronary artery lesions(CAL)and multiple organs damage in patient with KD.Methods:Clinical data of total 284 children collected from pediatric cardiovascular department of Shengjing hospital affiliated to China Medical University between May2015 and April 2017.Total 175 males and 109 females.Age from 2 months to 11years,average 2 years and 5 months.According to the results of ACA,the 284children were divided into ACA+and ACA-.At the same time, the patients were divided into CAL and nCAL groups according to the results of Echo.Result:1.Among 284 cases,168(59.15%)were ACA+and total 17 were coronary artery injuries.14(82.35%)of them occurred in ACA+group, which was significantly higher than ACA-group(P<0.05).2.The average age of ACA+group was significantly younger than that of ACA-group(P<0.05).3.Of 284 cases,172had platelets higher than 450x10~9/L,111 of them occurred in ACA+group(66.07%)and 61 in ACA-group(52.59%)(P<0.05).4.Total 24 cases with neurological involvement,11 cases(45.83%)were complicated with hyponatremia, while in 260cases without neurological involvement,61 cases(23.46%)were complicated with hyponatremia.5.There were 75(44.6%)of the ACA+group had granulocytopenia, while 31(26.7%)of the ACA-group had granulocytopenia too. It's obviously different between two groups.6.The increase of cTnI and CK in CAL group was significantly higher than that in nCAL group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The increase of ACA can predict CAL.2.The younger the age,the more likely the ACA antibody is positive, and the more likely the coronary artery is damaged.3.ACA is correlated with thrombocytosis and plays an important role in the formation of thrombosis.4.ACA is correlated with granulocytopenia.5.ACA has no correlation with digestive system, nervous system and urinary system involvement.5.Hyponatremia has certain clinical significance in early prediction of KD with central nervous system involvement.6.Myocardial damage increased significantly in CAL group.
