Objective: To investigate the quality of life of dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease and related influencing factors, especially the impact of hypertension on the quality of life,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of life of patients in the future. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted on dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(including maintenance hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis)who visited our hospital in recent 2 years, record the patient's general information, laboratory indexes, etc.,and to assess the patient's blood pressure, according to the different level of blood pressure after treatment it can be divided into normal control group, the blood pressure of blood pressure is not in the control group(including mild hypertension group, moderate to high blood pressure),the special quality of life scale and the use of Kidney disease,Kidney diseases, quality of life short form,KDQOL-SFTM1.3)evaluation of the patient's quality of life,Statistical software SPSS was used to analyze the data and summarize the impact of hypertension and other factors on the quality of life.Results:1.A total of 215 subjects were included in this survey, including 114 males and 101 females, with a male to female ratio of 1.13:1 and an average age of 54.24 ± 13.06 years. There were 70 cases of hemodialysis and 145 cases of peritoneal dialysis. The first three causes were primary glomerulonephritis, diabetes and hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension was 96.3%,the treatment rate was 82.3%,the control rate was 23.3%.In terms of medication,38 cases(18.4%)were treated with 1antihypertensive drug alone, while 52 cases(25.1%),40 cases(19.3%)and 35 cases(16.9%)were treated with 2,3 and 4 antihypertensive drugs, respectively, and 12 cases(5.8%)were treated with 5 or more antihypertensive drugs.CCB,beta blockers,?receptor blockers is most used three kinds of antihypertensive agents.2.124 patients completed the quality of life assessment and were divided into normal blood pressure control group, mild hypertension group and moderate hypertension group. The group with normal blood pressure control was superior to the group with moderate hypertension in the physical discomfort field of SF-36,and there was no significant difference in the total score of SF-36 and other 7 fields between the three groups. The group with normal blood pressure control was superior to the group with moderate hypertension in terms of total KDTA score, and there was no statistically significant difference in KDTA score among the three groups in 11 specific areas.3.Age,BMI,gender,dialysis,albumin,annual income and diabetes were the influencing factors of SF-36 score, among which age was the independent influencing factor.Age,gender,BMI,diabetes mellitus, education level, dialysis mode and hemoglobin were the influencing factors of KDTA score, among which age, gender and BMI were the independent influencing factors. Conclusions:Quality of life in dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease was associated with hypertension,at the same time, gender, age,BMI,dialysis method, albumin, hemoglobin, culture degree, income, diabetes, and other factors can affect the quality of survival,to the tips in our clinical work,we need to personalized treatment options for patients according to various influence factors, comprehensive improve patients' quality of life.
