The Application Of LE FORT ? Osteotomy Combined With ? Osteotomy In The Treatment Of Dento And Clinical Questionnaire Survey

Objective: To provide a new surgical plan for correcting vertical and lateral deformities of the maxilla in the clinical,and through a preoperative psychological questionnaire survey on patients undergoing new surgical procedures for DENTO,to study the impact of interpersonal pressure on patients' HRQo L and its mechanism,so as to provide a certain reference and guidance for the clinical treatment and psychological guidance of patients with DENTO.Methods:(1)This study set up orthognathic group and control group,the orthognathic group included 60 patients displayed developmental DENTO were selected.In the control group,30 relative normal subjects without DENTO were selected.In this study,17 measurement indicators(SNA?SNB?ANB?NP-FH?NA-PA?OP-FH?Y-axis?N-AN S/N-Me?ANS-Me/N-Me?UL-EP?LL-EP?Z-Angle?Ns Pos-FH?Ns-SnPos?Cm-Sn-UL?UL-Sn-Pos?LL-Sn-Pos)were selected to perform cephalograms analysis.All data were presented as mean ± SD.SPSS 21 software was used to analyze the data with paired t test.(2)The Orthognathic quality of life questionnaire(OQLQ),Perceived Sociocultural Pressure Scale-Interpersonal(PSPS),Upward Physical Appearance Comparison Scale(UPAC)and the Negative Physical Self Scale-Appearance Dissatisfaction(NPSS-FACE).were used to conduct a preoperative psychological questionnaire survey on DENTO undergoing new procedures.Results:(1)All patients in this group,T1 and T2 measurements showed that the difference in SNA angle,SNB angle and other major soft and hard tissues were statistically significant(P<0.05),T2 and T3 measurements showed that the difference in SNA angle,SNB angle and other major soft and hard tissues were not significant statistically(P>0.05).The pre-surgically designed effects in facial appearance and oral function were obtained after the surgery.(2)Interpersonal pressure significantly predicted the appearance dissatisfaction and HRQo L of patients with DENTO,and the appearance dissatisfaction significantly predicted the HRQo L.Furthermore,Dissatisfaction with appearance has a significant total mediation between interpersonal pressure and HRQo L in patients with DENTO.Conclusion:(1)when clinically required to perform vertical and lateral maxillary osteotomy,there is an effective treatment to correct DENTO by using the Le Fort ? osteotomy combined with ? osteotomy.The application of the surgical assistance to compensation playeded a double therapeutic effect.However,the number of cases performed by this operation is still small,so the long-term stability,indication range and so on need to be further observation research.(2)Interpersonal pressure directly affected HRQo L or indirectly through appearance dissatisfaction,and appearance dissatisfaction played a completely mediating role between interpersonal pressure and HRQo L in patients with DENTO.
