Objective:To evaluate the influencing factors of spinal tuberculosis recurrence after surgery, and provide a reference for clinical prevention of recurrence.Method To retrospectively analyze 191 patients diagnosed as spinal tuberculosis by imaging examination(MRI and CT)and pathological diagnosis from January 2012 to June 2019 in our hospital, including 166 patients who did not relapse after surgery(control group),There were 25 patients with recurrence after operation(observation group).Comparative analysis of 12 relevant data of the two groups of patients, including age, gender, fusion materials(unused, autogenous bone, autogenous bone + artificial implants),lesion range(single segment ? 2 segments,> 2 segments),Nutritional status(preoperative albumin <35g / L or BMI <18.5 is malnutrition),degree of lesion clearance(postoperative imaging confirmation),preoperative anti-tuberculosis time(<3 weeks,3-5 weeks,> 5 weeks)),Whether postoperative chemotherapy is standardized, tuberculosis accompanying other organs(yes,no),preoperative ESR(<40mm / h,> 40 mm / h),surgical method(open, minimally invasive),duration of disease(<6 months,6-12 months,> 12 months). The positive result of univariate analysis was determined to be the influencing factor of postoperative tuberculosis recurrence, which was included in Logistic multivariate regression analysis, and the positive result obtained by the analysis was determined to be an independent risk factor for postoperative tuberculosis recurrenceResults The results of univariate analysis showed that the degree of lesion clearance, nutritional status, postoperative standard chemotherapy and the presence of tuberculosis infection in other sites, preoperative esr, surgical methods were significantly correlated with postoperative retreatment of spinal tuberculosis(P <0.05),more Factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of disease clearance, nutritional status, postoperative standard chemotherapy and the presence of tuberculosis infection in other sites were the independent risk factors for postoperative retreatment of spinal tuberculosis. Conclusion The degree of lesion clearance, nutritional status, standardized chemotherapy after surgery, and the presence of tuberculosis infection in other areas are significantly associated with postoperative retreatment of spinal tuberculosis.
