Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy as a kind of element analysis technology,has the advantages of multi-element combined measurement,online,in-situ analysis,etc.,and has very important applications in biomedicine,environmental monitoring,cultural relics and archaeology.With the rapid development of lasers and spectrometers,portable and specialized LIBS monitoring analytical instruments are an inevitable trend in the development of LIBS.At present,there are very rapid breakthroughs in the manufacture of professional instruments and software design,but many of the software for instruments have certain limitations,and they cannot accurately give the results of quantitative analysis.Gansu Province is a large province of Chinese medicinal materials,at present,there are about 2540 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,among these kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,the number of commercialized Chinese medicinal materials has reached 1200.Therefore,combining the current research status of Chinese medicinal materials in Gansu Province,research and development of LIBS monitoring instruments suitable for Chinese medicinal materials,It can carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis and provide an important basis for the rapid identification of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials.It has certain demonstration significance for promoting LIBS technology from research to application.Based on LIBS technology,this paper develops element quantitative analysis software and applies it to the element analysis of Chinese medicinal materials.The following two works have been carried out:(1)According to the current research status of LIBS in the application field,we have combined the basic principles of LIBS quantitative analysis and design the LIBS quantitative analysis software,the software has the main functions of data processing,plasma parameter calculation,element content analysis,etc.We used Chinese medicinal medicine Codonopsis to debug the relevant functions of the software,the software runs fast(from the original experimental data to the final quantitative analysis results not exceeding one minute),has high accuracy of spectral line extraction and recognition,can calculate the temperature and electron density of plasma by different elements,and has the ability of quantitative analysis,provide good software support for LIBS quantitative analysis.(2)According to the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in gansu province,We selected Astragalus(It’s from longxi)for the decoction experiment: Separate the different components after decoction,The Ca,Mg,Al,and Fe in the drug residues,liquid,and vapor were selected for the study of the transfer of elements after different decocting times.The relative mass concentration of Ca,Mg,Al,and Fe in the liquid were quantitatively determined by a combination of the standard addition method and calibration-free LIBS method by adding the standard concentration solution of Cu and Cd elements into the drug liquids.it can be found that the maximum error between Cd concentration calculated by internal CF-LIBS and the standard is within 10%.This provides a new method of achieving the on-line monitoring and analysis of metallic elements in the production of traditional Chinese medicines. |
