Clinical Effect Of Domestic Capacitate Chemotherapy On Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of domestic capecitabine monotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer.Methods: This study is a single-center,single-arm study.All 42 patients enrolled must meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the clinical data of patients with advanced colorectal cancer diagnosed by pathology.During the study,the patients were all orally made capecitabine(Trade name: Shoufu)monotherapy,1250mg/m2,oral administration twice daily on days 1-14,21 days as a cycle until disease progression occurs,and observation and analysis of the clinical efficacy and poorness of patients every 2 cycles reaction.Results: Efficacy evaluation: As of December 31,2019,42 patients were evaluated for clinical efficacy,including 0 CR,7 PR,13 SD,and 22 PD.The total response rate(CR+PR)is 16.67%(7/42),and the disease control rate(CR+PR+SD)is 47.62%(20/42),including age,gender,distant metastasis,and primary disease There was no statistically significant difference between the site and disease control rate(P>0.05);all 42 patients had PD.The PFS of all patients was 1.50 to 12.00 months,and the median PFS was 5.05 months.The main adverse reactions after capecitabine treatment were hand-foot syndrome 23.80%(10/42),nausea and vomiting 11.90%(5/42),diarrhea 19.05(8/42),fatigue 11.90%(5/42),Leukocyte reduction 7.14%(3/42),platelet reduction 9.52%(4/42),anemia 14.29%(6/42),mostly I/II grade adverse reactions,but all are mild,after symptomatic treatment They can all be tolerated,and there are no patients who give up due to adverse reactions to chemotherapy and chemotherapy-related deaths during treatment.
