Clinical Effect Of Nourishing Liver And Kidney Decoction Combined Methotrexate In The Treatment Of Menopausal Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of zishuihanmuchubi Decoction in the treatment of climacteric rheumatoid arthritis by comparing the therapeutic effects of zishuihanmuqubi Decoction with methotrexate tablets and aceclofenac tablets in the treatment group and the control group.Methods: All the patients were 80 patients with active stage of climacteric rheumatoid arthritis who came to the outpatient department of Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Qinghai traditional Chinese medicine hospital.It belongs to the type of deficiency of liver and kidney.80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the first group was the control group,40 patients were treated with methotrexate and aceclofenac.The second group is the treatment group,40 cases.The drugs are Zishui Hanmu Qubi decoction combined with methotrexate tablets and aceclofenac tablets.The course of treatment was set as 12 weeks.In the course of treatment,observe the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,record the laboratory indexes,TCM symptom scores and DAS28 scores of the patients before and after treatment,and finally use the statistical software IBM spss19.0 to analyze the data,TCM symptom scores and DAS28 scores,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the above empirical formula and related drugs.Result: A total of 80 patients were included in the periodic treatment,and77 patients were completed at the end of the treatment cycle.Among them,methotrexate tablets and aceclofenac tablets dropped off in 1 case,zishuihanmuqubi decoction combined with methotrexate tablets and aceclofenac tablets dropped off in2 cases.After periodic treatment,data analysis showed that: after a certain period of treatment,the laboratory results showed that CRP,anti CCP antibody,RF,ESR results were all changed and decreased compared with those before treatment;TCM symptom score and DAS28 score were improved compared with those before treatment,and statistical analysis showed that there was statistical significance.Conclusion: Zishuihanmujiebi decoction combined with western medicine is more effective in the treatment of climacteric rheumatoid arthritis than anti rheumatic drugs alone.The discomfort symptoms of patients in the disease stage are relieved obviously.The analysis of experimental data shows that the inflammation index is reduced obviously,and the adverse reactions are less.It is proved that it is anempirical formula for the treatment of climacteric rheumatoid arthritis,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
