Objective:To evaluate the influence of abnormal thyroid function on coagulation function of patients with benign thyroid nodule. Methods:Collect the data of benign thyroid nodule patients hospitalized in the second department of oncology surgery(department of breast and thyroid surgery)of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from October 2014 to November 2019.Including 64 cases of hyperthyroid benign thyroid nodule patients in case group, designated as group A,60 cases of hypothyroid benign thyroid nodule patients, designated as group B,80 cases of normal thyroid function benign thyroid nodule patients in control group, designated as group C.Compared the general data(age, gender, nationality,BMI)and coagulation related indexes(PT,INR,APTT,FIB,TT,FDP,DD,AT-?,PLT,PCT,MPV)of the three groups.Statistical analysis by spss26.0 and the difference was statistically significant when P < 0.05.Results:In terms of coagulation related indexes, compared with group C,APTT(28.24±3.62 s vs.29.76±3.39 s,P=0.029)in group A was shorter, the levels of FIB(3.17 ± 0.63g/L vs.2.75 ± 0.53g/L,P <0.001),DD(0.73±0.25 mg/L vs.0.60±0.25mg/L,P=0.005),FDP(1.60(1.27,2.00)mg/L vs.1.30(1.10,1.60)mg/L,P=0.013)and AT-?(100.57±15.80mg/L vs.92.34±9.42mg/L,P=0.003)in group A were increased, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in PT,INR and TT between group A and group C(P>0.05).Compared with group C,PT(11.20(10.60,11.90)s vs.10.80(10.30,11.20)s,P=0.018)and INR(0.93(0.88,0.99)vs.0.89(0.85,0.93),P=0.013)in group B were prolonged,FIB(2.46±0.56g/L vs.2.75±0.53g/L,P=0.012)level was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in APTT,DD,FDP,TT,AT-? between group B and group C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT,PCT and MPV among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal thyroid function can affect the coagulation function of patients with benign thyroid nodule, hyperthyroidism can lead to hypercoagulability, hypothyroidism can lead to hypocoagulability, but the effect is limited, which can not reach the level of medical intervention.
