Objective The levels of serum calprotectin(S100A8 / A9)in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were measured, and the differences between patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were compared. The relationship between serum calprotectin and risk factors such as obesity and glycolipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy was explored. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,120 patients with type 2 diabetes in the Ningxia area of the National Chronic Epidemiological Survey from December 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects.According to urinary albumin / creatinine(ACR),the subjects were divided into 40 cases of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)(ACR<30mg/g),40 cases of microalbuminuria(ACR30-300mg/g),and 40 cases of macroalbuminuria(ACR>300mg/g).Collect general data such as height, weight and waist circumference of the study subjects, biochemical indicators such as fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, blood lipids, renal function, etc.,calculate BMI,eGFR,detect serum calprotectin levels in each group Correlation between clinical indicators.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference in age and gender between the T2 DM group, the microalbuminuria group, and the macroalbuminuria(P> 0.05).The BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FPG,HbAlc in the microalbuminuria group and the macroalbuminuria group were higher than those in the T2 DM group(P <0.05),and the BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FPG increased with the amount of albumin,HbAlc increased significantly.TG,CHOL,SCr,UA,and eGFR in the macroalbuminuria group were higher than those in the T2 DM and microalbuminuria T2 DM groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in HDL-C,LDL-C,and BUN between the three groups(P>0.05).2.The serum calprotectin level in the type 2 diabetes combined nephropathy group was significantly higher than that in the simple type 2 diabetes group(both P <0.01),and the serum calprotectin level was significantly increased with the increase in the amount of urine albumin.Compared with macroalbuminuria patients, serum calprotectin levels were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that SBP,HbAlc,TG,HDL-C,SCr,UA,and BUN were influencing factors of ACR level.4.Serum calprotectin level was positively correlated with BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FPG,HbAlc,TG,CHOL,SCR,UA and ACR(P<0.05),negatively correlated with EGFR(P< 0.05),and not correlated with age,LDL-C,HDL-C and bun(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that ACR,BMI,FPG,HbAlc and TG were the influencing factors of serum calcitonin level.Conclusion1.The level of serum calprotectin in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy was significantly increased, and increased with the increase of the amount of urine albumin, suggesting that calprotectin may be involved in the development of DN.2.ACR,BMI,FPG,HbAlc,and TG are influencing factors of serum calprotectin levels,...
