Objective:1.Investigating the detection rate and gender difference of suicidal attempt in adolescents with bipolar disorder.2.Investigate and predict the influencing factors of suicide attempt in adolescents with bipolar disorder, and compare the differences between the two according to gender.3.To explore the assessment and prevention methods of possible suicide risk in adolescents with bipolar disorder. Methods:A survey was performed on patients with bipolar disorder diagnosed in the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Bethune Hospital of Shanxi Bethune Hospital.A total of 172 samples who met the inclusion criteria between the ages of 10 and 19 were collected. Two psychiatrists analyzed medical records and collected relevant information by professionals, and conducted screening analysis to understand whether the patient had attempted suicide before admission, and was divided into a suicide attempt group and suicide-free group according to suicide attempt behavior Attempted group. The factors affecting the attempted suicide of adolescents with bipolar disorder are divided into socio-demographic factors(including age, gender, family economic status),clinical factors(including age at first onset, number of episodes of depression, whether accompanied by psychotic symptoms, childhood abuse Trauma history, number of hospitalizations, suicidal ideation, family history of suicidal behavior),family environment(including the process and outcome of family function),multi-level logistic regression analysis based on gender in these three dimensions to compare risks in different dimensions The contribution of factors to adolescents with bipolar disorder of different genders.Results:1.The detection rate of attempting suicide in adolescents with bipolar disorder is 28%.Among them, the detection rate of suicide attempt was 19% in male adolescent patients with bipolar disorder, and the detection rate was 34% in female adolescent patients with bipolar disorder, females were higher than men,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Differences in the family history of suicidal behaviors, hospitalizations, roles in family function and emotional involvement of adolescents with bipolar disorder with different genders with attempted suicide behavior were statistically significant(P <0.05).3.A single factor analysis of attempted suicide among adolescents with bipolar disorder with different genders showed that the male adolescent suicide attempt group had higher suicidal ideation and depression episodes than the group without suicide attempted behavior, and the role and emotional involvement in family function 3.The behavior control performance is worse. The difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).The female adolescent attempted suicide group had a higher family history of suicidal ideation and suicidal behavior than the group without suicide attempted behavior, communication, emotional involvement, worse overall functional performance in family function, and lower family intimacy and adaptability. It is statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis of attempted suicide in adolescents with bipolar disorder of different genders shows that high suicidal ideation and low family adaptability are associated with suicidal attempt in male adolescents with bipolar disorder(P <0.05);high suicidal ideation, family with suicidal behavior History, family intimacy and low adaptability were associated with attempted suicide in women and adolescents with bipolar disorder(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The detection rate of attempted suicide in adolescents with bipolar disorder is 28%,and the rate of attempted suicide in female adolescents with bipolar disorder is higher than that in men.2.There are differences in the risk factors of attempted suicide in adolescents with bipolar disorder of different genders.High suicidal ideation and low family adaptability are risk factors for attempted suicide in men and adolescents with bipolar disorder;high suicidal ideation, family history of suicidal behavior, family intimacy and low adaptability are risk factors for attempted suicide in female adolescents with bipolar disorder;High suicidal ideation and low family adaptability are common risk factors for attempted suicide in men and women with bipolar disorder.3.In the clinic,we should pay attention to women and adolescents with bipolar disorder who have a family history of suicide, and men and women with high suicidal ideation and poor family function. The prevention of suicides of bipolar patients of different genders should be treated differently, with precise prevention.
