Objective:This article aims to explore the changes in sleep quality and mood before and after chemotherapy in patients with primary bronchial lung cancer, and to analyze their influencing factors. Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,a total of 110 patients with a primary diagnosis of primary bronchial lung cancer were confirmed in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University(hereinafter referred to as our hospital),including 60 males and 50 females;basic data of the above patients were collected.,Including age, gender, education, type of lung cancer, whether to undergo surgery, etc. The sleep quality before and after chemotherapy was assessed by the Self-Sleep State of Sleep Scale(SRSS),and the mood changes before and after chemotherapy were assessed by the Anxiety and Depression Scale(SAS and SDS).The results were summarized for statistical analysis. Results:The sleep quality SRSS score(33.58 ± 9.04)of patients after chemotherapy was higher than that before chemotherapy(15.46 ± 7.44)(P <0.05).The number of patients with SRSS score> 30 after chemotherapy(35)was higher than that before chemotherapy(6)(P <0.05),indicating that chemotherapy can cause sleep disorders in patients with primary bronchial lung cancer. The SAS score(48.15 ± 1.33)after chemotherapy is higher than the SAS score(25.55 ± 13.45)before chemotherapy(P <0.05),and the SAS score after chemotherapy> The number of 50(42)is higher than the number before chemotherapy(8)(P <0.05),which indicates that chemotherapy can cause anxiety in patients with primary bronchial lung cancer;the SDS score(44.65 ± 14.83)after chemotherapy is higher than that before chemotherapy(27.43 ± 14.70)(P <0.05),the number of patients with SDS score> 50 after chemotherapy(48)was higher than the number before chemotherapy(11)(P <0.05),indicating that chemotherapy can cause depression in patients with primary bronchial lung cancer;chemotherapy The majority of patients with post-sleep disorder were older, older, and had a longer course of chemotherapy(P <0.05);patients with negative emotions after chemotherapy had a lower educational level(P <0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that whether surgical resection and cultural level were important factors affecting sleep quality and emotional changes(P <0.05).Conclusion:Chemotherapy for lung cancer patients can cause sleep disorders and negative emotions.Whether surgical resection and education level are important factors affecting sleep quality in patients with lung cancer.
