Objective:By exploring the relationship between the results of immunohistochemical staining of P16 combined with E6/E7 protein and the severity of postoperative pathological findings in patients with colposcopy cervical biopsy of HSIL/CIN2-3,we speculated whether the combined immunohistochemistry Staining methods are used to improve the diagnostic accuracy of such patients, and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined detection is evaluated based on experimental results,to avoid overtreatment and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis for people with less pathologically confirmed pathological changes, and provide a more reliable method for clinical diagnosis. Methods:Those who attended the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018 and received colposcopy cervical biopsy as HSIL/CIN2-3,and performed further surgical treatment(eg LEEP,CKC,etc.)in our hospital.A total of158 patients were collected.Data such as age, menopausal status,HPV positive, colposcopy biopsy pathological sections, conical surgical methods, and postoperative surgical results were collected. The semi-quantitative integration method was used to describe the expression of P16,HPV E6,HPV E7 protein in cervical tissue specimens of patients under colposcopy, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS22.0software.Avoid age, menopause,HPV positive, and conical surgery The effect of the method on the severity of postoperative pathological results.Based on the consistency of the staining results with the pathological results after surgical treatment in our hospital, the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the detection method were judged. The receiver operating curve(ROC curve)was used to evaluate the combination.Diagnostic power of the test. Results:There was no significant relationship between age, menopausal status,HPV-positive status, conical surgical approach and postoperative pathological severity in patients with HSIL/CIN2-3 under colposcopy. The expression of P16,HPVE6,HPVE7,P16 combined with HPV E6/E7 protein was positively correlated with the severity of postoperative lesions(all P values were 0.001 <0.05);At the appropriate cut-off point(cut-off value of 4.5),the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of P16 combined with HPV E6/E7 immunohistochemical detection were 0.886,1.000,and 97.1%,respectively.Conclusion:P16 combined with HPV E6/E7 immunohistochemical detection is of high value for the diagnosis of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions.
