Objective:The relationship between serum estradiol level and the pregnancy outcome of frozen embryo transfer during hormone replacement cycle was discussed before the transplant. Methods:Select ingresss embryo transfer cycles of 261 frozen-thaw embryos prepared in the replacement cycle of the reproductive center of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 for retrospective analysis, and divide into 4 groups according to the quartile spacing of serum estradiol concentration(pg/ml)prior to transplant(group A is ?140pg/ml;Group B is > 140pg/ml,? 186pg/ml;Group C is > 186pg/ml,?236pg/ml,and group D is > 236pg/ml).Comparing the general clinical characteristics, embryo cultivation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, early abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and biochemical pregnancy rate between the four groups. Results:The embryo planting rate and pregnancy rate in Group A were lower than in Group B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P>05).The abortion rate in Group A was higher than that of B,C and D,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),comparison of superior embryo rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, biochemical pregnancy rate,no statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Serum estradiol levels on the day before transplantation have some predictive value for the pregnancy outcome of the FET cycle, the estrogen level is low before the transplant, the embryo implantation rate, pregnancy rate decreases, and the risk of miscarriage increases during pregnancy.
