Efficient Of Propranolol Combined With Other Therapy In The Treatment Of Infantile Hemangiomas:a Network Meta-analysis

ObjectiveTo compare propranolol combined with other treatments and various control treatments by network meta-analysis.MethodsCNKI,Cochrane Library,VIP,pubmed,Wanfang data and Embase were searched for by “propranolol” and “hemangioma”.The search period is 2019-06-01.Data analysis was performed using the STATA14.0 network package.ResultsA total of 18 articles were included,involving 8 treatments,involving 1469 patients with hemangioma.The results of network metaanalysis showed that the four combined treatments were superior to oral propranolol alone.The effective rate of propranolol combined with pingyangmycin,propranolol combined with topical timolol and propranolol combined with applicator was better than the corresponding injection of pingyangmycin,topical timolol,and application Sticker.The effectiveness of each treatment was ranked as follows: propranolol combined applicator>propranolol combined with topical timolol>propranolol combined with oral glucocorticoids>propranolol combined with pingyangmycin> application Patch irradiation>topical timolol>propranolol>injection of pingyangmycin.ConclusionFor the treatment of infantile hemangiomas,the efficacy of propranolol combined therapy is better than that of oral propranolol.Among them,propranolol combined with applicator is the best.
