Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of u PA,PAI-1,HER-2,ER,PR in breast cancer of young women. Methods: The expressions of u PA,PAI-1,HER-2,ER and PR in 86 BC young women were detected by using Immunohistochemistry(S-P method),then the effect of these indexes on the tumor size, histological grade and lymph node metastasis of BC were analyzed. Results: The expression rates of u PA,PAI-1,HER-2,ER and PR in 86 young female BC tissues were 36%,39.5%,34.9%,25.6%,20.9% respectively, and the positive expression of ER and PR had no significant correlation with tumor size and histological grade lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05);There was no significant correlation between HER-expression and tumor size(P > 0.05),but HER-2 expression was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05);and u PA,PAI-1 expression were correlated with the tumor size, histological grade, lymph node metastasis of BC(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This study showed that the expression of u PA,PAI-1,HER-2,ER and PR in young female with BC was relatively lower than standard value, which means that the combined detection of the above biological indicators could be used to judge the malignant degree of BC,so as to preliminarily judge the prognosis and provide suggestions for the future diagnosis and treatment of BC.
