Objective: To explore the value of three-dimensional visualization in pancreaticoduodenectomy.Three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal organs and adjacent blood vessels, tissues and lymph was carried out to analyze the location, morphology, presence or absence of blood vessel invasion and distant metastasis of the tumor,so as to provide accurate preoperative evaluation for pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods: Collected in October 2017 to October 2019,ningxia hui autonomous region people's hospital doctor early diagnosis of pancreatic and around placeholder data of50 cases of periampullary 31 men among them,19 women,age(63.18±10.25)years,all the patients were 512 abdominal enhanced CT scan,0.5 mm thin layers of imaging data, imaging data the DICOM format three-dimensional visualization reconstruction,The enhanced CT data and three-dimensional visual reconstruction data were analyzed to determine the tumor's position, morphology, and relationship with surrounding blood vessels, tissues and organs, and the preoperative resectable evaluation was completed. Results: Among the 50 patients, there were 24 cases of pancreatic cancer,23 cases of lower bile duct carcinoma,2 cases of ampulla carcinoma and 1 case of duodenal carcinoma. The tumors were resectable by enhanced CT in 28 cases and unresectable in 22 cases. The preoperative evaluation of patients with intraoperative confirmed 3d reconstruction was the same as that of intraoperative confirmed three-dimensional reconstruction. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of three-dimensional visualization technique are higher than that of enhanced CT.Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of three-dimensional visualization technology is higher than that of enhanced CT,which can be used as a new method for preoperative evaluation of pancreaticoduodenectomy to achieve precision and personalized medicine.
