Study On Medical Risk Sharing Mechanism In Xuzhou

Medical risk refers to the possible difference between the treatment results and the expected target of treatment in the process of hospital management activities or medical institutions providing medical services for patients under certain social and historical conditions and the level of scientific and technological development.Medical risk sharing mechanism is an effective means to transfer medical risks to relieve doctor-patient relationship and solve medical personnel's worries in practice.It has become a common practice in developed countries for doctors to transfer medical risks to deal with doctor-patient disputes.At present,our country has preliminarily established the medical dispute mediation and the integration of medical liability insurance,third party with medical accident insurance medical damage compensation fund as the supplementary medical risk sharing mechanism,and achieved certain results,but they have problems such as imperfect institutional guarantees,ineffective participation of medical institutions,weak government management awareness,and the effect of socialized sharing of risks.This paper reviews the establishment of medical risk sharing mechanism in Xuzhou and analyzes the service operation.In view of the problems existing in the current development of medical risk sharing mechanism in Xuzhou,such as low risk awareness,low participation enthusiasm,unreasonable premium setting and inadequate implementation of the system,etc.This paper discusses the causes of the problems by means of literature research,stakeholder interview and other methods,drawing on the good experience and enlightenment of medical risk sharing mechanism at home and abroad.In order to solve the existing problems and improve the medical risk sharing mechanism of Xuzhou,this paper proposes to increase policy propaganda,enhance the consciousness to strengthen professional training,intensify the building of talents cultivation to perfect the related system,set up independent agencies,strengthen government guidance,the countermeasures of participation.It provides reference for the development of some medical risk sharing mechanisms similar to Xuzhou and contributes to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the new era.There are 2 pictures and 3 tables in this paper,a total of 52 references.
