Objective: To evaluate the value of non-contrast enhanced uterine artery imaging with Time-spatial labeling inversion pulse and the optimal inversion time based on time-resolved angiography with interleaved stochastic trajectories magnetic resonance angiography.Materials and Methods: The Time-SLIP magnetic resonance angiography was performed in 62 patients with clinical suspicion of cervical cancer and endometrial carcinoma.Compared with TWIST-MRA,the origin, orifice, course and quality score of uterine artery were observed. The diameter and orifice angle of uterine artery in Time-SLIP MRA and TWIST-MRA were compared by non-parametric Wilcoxon method, and Spearman grade correlation analysis was used to further evaluate the correlation between Time-SLIP MRA and in TWIST-MRA.Non-parametric Friedman-M rank sum test was used to compare the image quality score of different inversion time(TI)in Time-SLIP uterine artery image, and then the Wilcoxon test was used to compare multiple samples in pairwise. Results: This study shows that the non-contrast-enhanced Time-SLIP MRA can well display the uterine artery, and there is a strong correlation with TWIST-MRA in terms of the angle of orifice and the diameter of the uterine artery. In the different time of inversion(TI),when the TI time is 800?1000?1200 ms,the qualitative and quantitative of the uterine artery display is superior to that of the 600,1400,and 1600 groups. The best inversion time for the opening of the uterine artery is 800 and 1000 ms,and the distal branch of the uterine artery is best showed in1000 and 1200 ms.Conclusion: Non-contrast enhanced angiography(Time-SLIP)can accurately display uterine arteries.when the inversion time is 1000 ms,orifice and distal branches of uterine artery can be best demonstrated.
