Objective: To study the changes of blood lipids and lipoproteins in pregnant women during second trimester of pregnancy and premature birth, and to explore the correlation between serum lipid levels and preterm birth, and provide early prediction for premature delivery. Methods:The data of 1000 pregnant women who were first filed, examined and delivered in the JinJiang traditional Chinese medicine Hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were collected.Among them,363 pregnant women who were delivered less than 37 weeks, recorded as group A,A total of 637 pregnant women who gave birth from greater than or equal to 37 weeks to 42 weeks were recorded as group B.Analysis and comparison the changes of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A-1 and apolipoproteinB(ApoB)in these two groups of pregnant women during second trimester.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between serum lipid levels and premature birth and its risk.Results:(1)1000 pregnant women were included in the study, including 363 in(2)group A and 637 in group B.The prevalence of blood lipids TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA-1,and ApoB in pregnant women born prematurely are(6.43±1.27),(4.17±1.35),(3.20±0.99),(1.71 ±0.42),(2.19±0.37),(1.24±0.32).(3)The average values of blood lipids TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA-1 and ApoB during pregnancy in the full-term delivery are(6.67±1.14),(3.22±1.82),(3.55±0.98),(1.92 ± 0.44),(2.28 ± 0.37),(1.23 ± 0.32).(4)The Z values of blood lipids TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA-1 and ApoB between the preterm and full-term delivery groups are-2.446,-10.193,-4.834,-6.26,-2.369,-1.142.(5)The P values of blood lipids TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA-1,and ApoB between the premature birth and the full-term(6)delivery groups are 0.014,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,0.018,and 0.254.The TC,TG,HDL,LDL,APOA-1,APOB are used as independent variables for single factor logistic analysis, and their P values are 0.014,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,0.002,and 0.564,respectively.(7)Logistic regression analysis show that low TC,high TG,low LDL,low APOA-1 in pregnant women during second trimester are risk factors of premature birth.(8)The ROC curve analysis results of the age,BMI,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,APOA-1,APOB,the areas under the curve are: 0.543,0.000,0.418,0.444,0.730,0.391,0.362,0.446,0.526.Conclusion:Triglyceride in the second trimester of pregnancy is effective in predicting the occurrence of premature birth, but its predictive value is not high.
