Study On The Internal Control Of Assets In A Hospital

Under the background of the gradual improvement of people's living standards,coupled with the increasing impact of the aging phenomenon of the population,the general public has more and higher requirements in public medical services.In order to realize the effective improvement of medical and health level,perfecting the medical and health system has always been the focus of the work of previous governments,and a higher level of medical and health not only plays a positive role in improving the quality of life of the people.And can make the public demand to be well met,but also to promote the long-term development of the national economy.In order to promote the effective implementation of this work,on the one hand,the government needs to increase investment in medical and health services,on the other hand,hospitals need to settle down.In line with its own business characteristics,and the use of internal control theory to promote the continuous strengthening of enterprise operation and management.This paper has the following six parts: The first part briefly introduces the significance and background of the research,and expounds the research results and related research ideas and research methods obtained in the internal control of hospitals at home and abroad.The second part elaborates the reference of the article.The relevant internal control theory is the theoretical basis of the research and analysis later in this paper;the third part is mainly to summarize the situation of A hospital,including its fixed assets,drugs and inventory materials,capital income and expenditure;the fourth part is In the third part,the internal control module of A hospital's assets is discussed,and the existing problems are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are discussed.The fifth part is about the problems and causes raised in the fourth part.The internal control optimization strategy;the last part is the conclusion and outlook,and summarize the results obtained in this paper.This paper uses case analysis and theoretical analysis to carry out research.Based on the daily operation of hospital A,combined with the relevant internal control theory and current relevant policies in China,this paper analyzes the situation and problems faced by A hospital's internal control of assets,and intends to analyze A hospital from the internal level.The reasons for the internal control problems of assets,and put forward certain measures,hope to optimize the internal control of A hospitalassets,improve the operating level of hospital A,and provide practical protection for the needs of the public.
