Research Progress Of Radiotherapy Combined With Antiangiogenic Drugs In The Treatment Of Tumor

Radiotherapy is one of the main treatment methods for cancer.Half to two-thirds of cancer patients need radiotherapy at different stages of the disease.Anti vascular therapy can prevent tumor growth and metastasis by intervening tumor angiogenesis or destroying tumor blood vessels with drugs.There have been studies suggesting that radiotherapy combined with anti angiogenic drugs can improve the anti-tumor effect,but there are differences in the clinical efficacy of different studies,and the best combination mode needs to be further explored.In this paper,by referring to the relevant literature about anti-tumor angiogenesis at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of anti vascular treatment,the mechanism of radiotherapy and anti vascular treatment,analysis of the clinical research status of radiotherapy combined with anti vascular treatment,and explore the new ideas of treatment in this field.
