The pathophysiological mechanism of heart failure(HF)is constantly evolving and its treatment strategies are constantly updated.By introducing the Kallikrein-kinins system(KKs)and natriuretic peptides(NPs)of the beneficial vasoactive peptides in the neuroendocrine mechanisms, this review aims to increase the understanding of NPs as the Biotarget of heart failure, and then deepen the understanding of angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor(ARNI)in the drug treatment of HF.At the same time, this review will have a summary of the research progress of ARNI in the treatment of heart failure, including randomized controlled trail and real world evidence. Finally, some thoughts on its clinical application are put forward for reference.
