Dual-antiplatelet therapy has become a standard drug regimen after percutaneous coronary intervention,but it may also cause adverse reactions mainly composed of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Helicobacter pylori infection is closely associated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between anti-helicobacter pylori therapy and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in dual-antiplatelet therapy patients after percutaneous coronary intervention,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. |
