Analysis Of Postoperative Complications Of Stage ? Operation In The Application Of Soft Tissue Expander In Head And Face

Objective:To analyze the postoperative complications of soft tissue expander during the application of soft tissue expander in head and face,and to explore the solution.Methods:The cases of head and face scar and defect treated with soft tissue expander in burn plastic surgery department of our hospital from2013 to 2019 were reviewed.The postoperative complications were counted and all kinds of complications were analyzed.Results: There were 18 patients,28 expanders were used.7 expanders had complications,including skin necrosis(3),hematoma(2),infection(1),kettle turnover(1),hornforming deformity(1),and delayed wound healing(1).2 of them had hematomas and skin necrosis in the same expander.Conclusion:The application of soft tissue expander in head and face has significant advantages,but the incidence of complications after stage ? operation is high.It is necessary to pay attention to preoperative evaluation,standardize operation during operation,and take corresponding measures to reduce the occurrence of complications in time after operation.
