| Objective:To study the expression of CD47 in bladder urothelial carcinoma, and to analyze the relationship between CD47 and pathological grade, clinical stage, recurrence and metastasis of bladder urothelial carcinoma. To provide theoretical basis for the application of targeted CD47 antibody in immunotherapy of bladder cancer. Methods:From June 2016 to December 2018,62 paraffin specimens of 62 patients with radical cystectomy for bladder urothelial carcinoma were collected from Department of Urology,Bethune First Hospital,Jilin University. The expression of CD47 in bladder urothelial carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry.Another 15 patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma underwent radical cystectomy were selected and treated with liquid.Real-Time PCR was used to detect the expression of CD47 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and normal tissues adjacent to bladder cancer.Based on the experimental data, the expression levels of CD47 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and para-carcinoma normal tissues were analyzed,as well as the correlation between the expression of CD47 and the pathological grade, clinical stage, recurrence andmetastasis of the tumor.Results:CD47 was highly expressed in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder, and the relative expression level of CD47 mrna in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder was(3.81±1.13),higher than that in para-carcinoma normal tissues(1.22±0.68).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of CD47 was positively correlated with the pathological grade, clinical stage, recurrence and metastasis of the tumor, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation with the gender and age of the patients, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of CD47 in bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues adjacent to bladder cancer. It was positively correlated with pathological grade, clinical stage, recurrence and metastasis of bladder urothelial carcinoma, which provided a theoretical basis for the application of targeted CD47 antibody in immunotherapy of bladder cancer. |
