Objective:In this topic,by collecting the information of the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and type 2 diabetes(AF combined with T2DM),using syndrome differentiation and data statistics, the distribution rule of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with AF and T2 DM is explored, and their relationship with glycated hemoglobin is analyzed. The correlation between(HbA1c)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels provides a scientific basis for the objective study of AF combined with T2 DM TCM syndromes. Methods:A total of 177 patients were admitted to the Department of Cardiology,People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020.All selected cases met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the four-diagnosis information collection table formulated by the Syndrome Research Base of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, collect and record the information of the four-diagnosis of patients with AF and T2 DM,and use the method of syndrome differentiation and integration to extract disease location syndromes and disease syndromes and discuss their distribution rules.HbA1 c and hs-CRP were detected in patients with AF and T2 DM,and statistical methods were used to explore the relationship between AF and T2 DM TCM syndrome and HbA1 c and hs-CRP levels.Results:1.There are 9 disease syndromes in patients with AF and T2 DM.The order of frequency is as follows: heart, gall, lung, liver, kidney, spleen, bones, stomach, and large intestine. There are 14 pathogenic syndromes in the order of frequency: phlegm,qi deficiency, yin deficiency, dampness, yang deficiency, blood deficiency, blood stasis,qi stagnation, heat, drinking, cold, hyperactivity,qi insufficiency,Bloody.2.Select the syndrome score statistics of the disease site with a frequency greater than 10%,from high to low in order: heart, lung, gallbladder, kidney, spleen;select the disease syndrome score statistics with a frequency of more than 10%,from high to The low order is: phlegm,qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, dampness, blood deficiency, and blood stasis.3.The syndrome scores of the heart, lung, kidney, spleen, sputum,qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, dampness and blood deficiency are positively correlated with hs-CRP levels(P <0.05).4.The syndrome scores of the heart, kidney, spleen, sputum,qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, and dampness were positively correlated with HbA1c(%)(P <0.05).5.According to the length of AF,it is divided into group A(permanent atrial fibrillation,long-term persistent atrial fibrillation),group B(persistent atrial fibrillation group),group C(paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group).Comparing the levels of hs-CRP and HbA1 c of different types of atrial fibrillation, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),and group A> group B> group C.Conclusion:1.The pathology of AF combined with T2 DM is mainly in the heart, and the lung, gallbladder, spleen and kidney also have different degrees of pathological damage.Solid disease syndromes mainly include phlegm, dampness and blood stasis;deficiency syndromes mainly include Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and blood deficiency.2.AF combined with T2 DM disease location, pathogenic syndrome and hs-CRP,HbA1 c levels have a certain correlation. The levels of hs-CRP and HbA1 c are proportional to the scores of some syndromes. The level of the two levels may indicate the severity of the affected organs and pathological factors.3.By comparing the levels of hs-CRP and HbA1 c of different types of atrial fibrillation,it is concluded that the length of atrial fibrillation may have a certain effect on the levels of hs-CRP and HbA1 c.There is a positive correlation between hs-CRP and HbA1 c levels in AF combined with T2 DM.Therefore, controlling the HbA1 c level in patients with AF combined with T2 DM may reduce the concentration of hs-CRP,thereby reducing the chronic inflammatory state in patients with AF combined with T2 DM.
